Our villas are located beside the river between Legian and Seminyak area. Just about 5 minutes ride to Legian or Seminyak Beach and about 8 minutes ride to Kuta Beach. Just a perfect location if you want to spend your holiday around Kuta, Legian, Seminyak and Peti Tenget area.Our complex consists of three brand new villas. Just finished in August 2009. Each villa is a three+one bedrooms villas. Each villa is facilitated with

* Three rooms are completed with air conditioner
* One small room and toilet for maid

If you are travelling in a group of 4 – 8 people, our villa could be one of the best alternatives. Instead of staying in a hotel where rooms can be far apart from each other and more expensive, you can spend more time together by sharing a villa.

Additional surcharge on high season USD 25 per night applies from 1 August – 30 September and 21 December – 5 January. No surcharge for weekly, monthly and year rate.
